It is the mission of the Division of Research
to support scholarship, research and creative
activity across the disciplines by helping to
create
and sustain a campus environment that supports
and enhances Binghamton University's academic
and research excellence.
The Division also recognizes and embraces the
University's role as an engaged partner in the
cause of regional economic development and seeks
to foster innovation both within the disciplines
and through new interdisciplinary collaborations,
as well as through productive industrial and institutional
parterships that extend well beyond the bounds
of our campus.
