Sponsored Funds Administration, commonly referred to
as "Post Award," provides our sponsored program
personnel with comprehensive financial, human resources
(personnel and payroll), procurement and reporting services
for projects administered through the Research Foundation.
This office provides support to assist in the administration
of sponsored projects in accordance with federal, sponsor,
Research Foundation, SUNY and campus guidelines.
From the account establishment phase of a project through
to project close-out and required records retention,
the staff of Sponsored Funds is committed to personal
service and accountability, with minimum administrative
oversight by project staff. Sponsored Funds Administration
is also the office of record for campus Research Foundation
documents and security administration for the campus
Research Foundation on-line network system. |
