Grant And Contract Administration
Contracts and agreements covering sponsored program activity are negotiated in the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP). OSP’s goal is to negotiate an agreement that is acceptable to both contracting parties, while protecting the rights and interests of the Principal Investigator, Binghamton University and The Research Foundation of SUNY.
Only designated Research Foundation of SUNY personnel are authorized to negotiate and sign sponsored programs contracts and agreements. If contracts and supporting materials are sent directly to the Principal Investigator, please be sure all original documents are forwarded to OSP.
