6:20 a.m. - 6:50 a.m.

Arrive on Campus - Park in the Parking Ramp. Go to AD-148 and select breakfast items to take with you on the buses. (fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, coffee, decaf, tea, juices)

6:50 a.m. SHARP!

The buses will depart from Lot A, next to the Couper Administration Building - Assigned buses on ride up

Beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Morning team meetings with legislators
Display area should be setting up
Teams of 2 meet in Meeting Rooms 2-3

11:30-12:30 or 12:30-1:30

Lunch - in meeting rooms 2 and 3 - (two shifts)

After Lunch until 4:00 to 4:45 p.m.

Afternoon team meetings with legislators
Display groups continue
Teams of 2 meet in Meeting Rooms 2-3

4:00-5:00 p.m.

Sandwiches and Salads will be available in Meeting Rooms 2 & 3 in the Empire State Plaza – also in TWO SHIFTS.
(bring belongings to Albany Room Coat Room for Reception)

5:30-7:00 p.m.

Work the Reception in Two Shifts
“Greeters” will rotate in 15-20 minute shifts and
“Registration Table” will rotate in 30-minute shifts

7:00-7:30 p.m.

Buses depart - Some legislators/guests may linger at the reception; however, once all guests have departed, we need to return to the buses and board as quickly as possible. Feel free to ride either bus on the way home, but check-in with one of the bus captains.

10:00 p.m. (approx.)

Arrive Binghamton University campus

We will have bottled water on the buses for the trip up and back. Meeting Rooms 2-3 and LOB 211 will have coffee and pitchers of ice water all day.
