What is COEUS?

COEUS is Binghamton University's fully integrated software solution that supports the need to electronically create and route proposals to external sponsors, especially the Federal Government.

COEUS provides Binghamton University faculty members with an efficient, streamlined way to manage sponsored program activity. The system eliminates the need for paper documents, brings the entire approval process online and allows researchers and their collaborators 24/7 access to proposals and supporting information anywhere there’s Internet access.

To access COEUS (production instance) please click here and sign on with your BU PODS ID and password . If you are having difficulty accessing COEUS contact the Office of Sponsored Programs to ensure that your user rights are current.

The Future of COEUS

The COEUS Project is a multi-year initiative to support the research and sponsored programs efforts of Binghamton University faculty and staff.  In the near future, you will be seeing information regarding implementation of modules for:
