Abstract: This research study explores ten concepts of project management, such as time management, cost management, quality management, communication management, resource management, and risk management, along with other concepts, and relates them to students' daily lives. Time management, costs, and communication are key areas where students can enhance their day-to-day operations. Risk management can help students avoid or prevent potential setbacks in advance. Resource management helps identify the necessary support to complete tasks, while scope management defines boundaries and constraints, requiring focus and dedication to accomplish the task. "Integration management can be used from start to finish to monitor and control various management concepts and track progress. As students, we cannot work in isolation; our tasks and actions impact others, who need to be aware as stakeholders There are times when an individual or outside organization can be reached to assist with the project, and procurement management is one way to approach this. Microsoft Project software has been used in this study to illustrate time management, cost management, and the associated resources.
