Abstract: This project explores the presence, use, and social impact of sex and sexual content on internet platforms. It examines how the normalization of such content influences societal norms, individual behavior, and perceptions of sexuality. The project also investigates its implications for mental health and personal safety, particularly among vulnerable users, and how online environments can either support or harm psychological well-being. Additionally, it will consider the role of inclusivity in digital sexual spaces—addressing representation, access, and the diverse ways different communities experience and engage with sexual content online. This project will be safe for work and be strictly informative.
