Abstract: Energy drinks are widely used among college students, yet their effects on overall health is underrecognized. This study examines the impact of energy drink consumption on lifestyle factors. Data was collected through an anonymous Google form survey, distributed through online platforms. Lifestyle factors were measured for 217 adult participants. Data was analyzed using Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient in SPSS Version 28.0. Energy drink consumption was positively correlated with eating fast foods (p<0.05). Additionally, energy drinks were negatively correlated with feeling sympathetic and warm (p<0.05) and positively correlated with feeling disorganized and careless (p<0.05), suggesting that energy drinks have a negative impact on diet, and behavior. Caffeine levels in energy drinks can lead to anxiety, and other negative mood behaviors. This research is a strong framework for understanding how energy drinks can affect daily life.
