Abstract: Speech-language pathologists (SLPs) play a critical part in Dysphagia intervention for individuals with traumatic brain injury. This scoping review explores current evidence regarding SLP knowledge, clinical practices, and collaborative approaches in dysphagia intervention in clinical and rehabilitation environments, such as inpatient, outpatient, long-term, and community care. A comprehensive search was conducted across Cochrane, Embase, PubMed, Web of Science, CINAHL, Google Scholar, and PsycInfo. Boolean operators combined keywords such as Traumatic brain injury, Acquired brain injury, Dysphagia, Interventions, Treatment, and Speech-Language Pathology. Eligible studies included empirical peer-reviewed, mixed methods, QI, feasibility, and pilot studies. Data analysis is currently underway and aims to identify key practice patterns, knowledge gaps, and opportunities for standardization. This review will inform evidence-based recommendations for enhancing SLP roles in TBI dysphagia intervention practices across clinical settings.
