Abstract: Research suggests that social connections formed in immersive environments, such as music festivals, can enhance individuals’ sense of belonging and community. However, limited research has examined how these experiences translate into inclusion-related outcomes in the workplace. Addressing this gap, the present study investigates the relationship between social connections developed at music festivals and employees’ inclusive attitudes and behaviors at work. Using a sample of 138 participants, this study examines whether individuals who report stronger social connections in festival settings also demonstrate greater tendencies to include others in professional environments. This study contributes to theory and practice by highlighting how informal social experiences may foster more inclusive workplace cultures, with implications for future research and organizational practices.
